Major Delays At Metrorail's University Station

CORAL GABLES (CBSMiami) – Miami police are investigating a death at the Metrorail's University Station.

Miami-Dade Transit said a body was removed from under one of the Metrorail cars at the station, located at 5400 Ponce de Leon Boulevard. Police have not said if the person jumped or fell.

Commuters who leave from the station or pass through it can expect major delays because both northbound and southbound trains are being routed onto one track.  The second track is closed for the police investigation.
