Police say two suspected armed robbers gave chase Wednesday afternoon which ended with one of them shot by officers in Hollywood. (CBS4)
HOLLYWOOD (CBSMiami) – Two men were arrested Wednesday night after leading police on a short chase through Miami-Dade and Broward Counties.
Miami-Dade Police say the two men, suspects in an armed robbery, fled on Interstate 95 north and bailed out near the Hollywood Blvd. exit.
After an exchange, police opened fire on the suspects, striking one.
Both men were eventually taken into custody.
