MIAMI (CBSMiami) – For the third time in as many weeks, Miami Heat forward LeBron James has been named the NBA's Eastern Conference Player of the Week.

Over the last week's worth of games, James has averaged 28.8 points, 8.4 rebounds, and 5.8 assists per game.

During that span, the Heat has put together a 4-1 record including wins over the New York Knicks and Sunday's thriller against the Chicago Bulls.

During the last week, LeBron has also been getting to the free throw line by continuing to attack teams at all points in a game.
