Traffic May Be Nightmare For Heat-Bulls Game

MIAMI (CBSMiami) – Miami Heat fans heading down to Sunday afternoon's game against the Chicago Bulls better be ready for some possible traffic headaches.

The Heat is warning fans that traffic problems may arise due to street closings in and around the downtown area for the ING Marathon, which is also scheduled for Sunday.

The Heat said fans should arrive at the arena by using N.E. 8th Street or the Port Boulevard entrance (N.E. 5th Street).

The Heat's game against the Bulls is set for a 3:30 p.m. tipoff, but doors will open at the AmericanAirlines Arena at 2:30 p.m.

The game is expected to be a preview of what most experts believe will be the two teams eventually playing in the Eastern Conference finals later this year.
