NORTH MIAMI – (CBSMiami.com) – Two men are behind bars and North Miami police are still searching for a third man who they say raped a 21-year-old woman who is eight months pregnant.

The two men arrested are Ligunson Edmond and Jacques Davis Jean, both 21. The alleged incident occurred sometime after 10 p.m. on December 22, 2011.

According to the arrest report, the pregnant woman was visiting Edmond who was at his house on the 1700 block of Northeast 124th Street with two other male friends who were unknown to her.

Police say that when she excused herself to use the bathroom, the three men followed her and forced her to perform sex acts.

Edmond and Jean both appeared before a bond court judge Wednesday facing one count sex battery charges on a pregnant female. They were held on a $25,000 bond.
