MIAMI (CBS4)- Miami police are investigating a stabbing that began as a dispute between two neighbors over loud music and ended with the death of a Miami man.
According to police, at approximately 9:30 a.m., 24-year-old Phillip Arthur approached his neighbor, 51-year-old Dorian Hinkson, on the 1300 block of NW 66 Street about having his music much too loud.
