BAL HARBOUR (CBS4)- Job seekers may be able to find some relief at a job fair at the St. Regis Bal Harbour on Thursday.

The career fair, held at the St. Regis located at 9703 Collins Avenue, will conclude at 8 p.m.The hotel is looking to hire about 500 employees, including engineers, servers, spa workers, housekeepers and culinary staff.

The St. Regis Bal Harbour will start wrapping up there initial recruitment process in the beginning of January. The hotel is expected to open on January 19, 2012 with 173 guest rooms, as well as 63 one-bedroom and 7 two-bedroom suites, including the Presidential Suite.  The 13,000-square-foot Remède Spa, offers 12 treatment rooms and a full-service salon.

The opening of the hotel marks the first St. Regis in Florida.

St Regis will continue an informative open house, held daily through Jan. 3 from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. at 1017 Kane Concourse.
