Tri-Rail Back On Schedule After Delays

FT. LAUDERDALE (CBS4) – The Tri-Rail is back up and running on schedule.

Officials announced Wednesday night that the 'code line failure' that affected Tuesday morning's commute for riders has been fixed.

The failure between Cypress Creek South and the Hialeah Market Station caused delays on Wednesday of up to an hour. Tri-Rail added that because of the problem, the northbound P614 and southbound P615 and P617 trains were be canceled.

Tri-Rail officials said trains were delayed due to a cable failure which was traced to near Okeechobee Boulevard in West Palm Beach.
