Ray-Ray Armstrong Cleared To Play

MIAMI (CBSMiami.com) – The University of Miami's defensive backfield will get a boost Saturday for the team's game against the University of South Florida.

Hurricanes head coach Al Golden said Tuesday that safety Ray-Ray Armstrong will be allowed to play Saturday.

Golden said Armstrong had been cleared to play by UM athletic director Shawn Eichorst late Monday.

However, Armstrong will not be in the starting lineup, according to CBS4 news partner the Miami Herald. Instead, Armstrong will be in the defensive backfield rotation and play on special teams.

In another move in the starting lineup, Golden told the Herald that mammoth Seantrel Henderson will be back in the starting lineup as the team's right tackle.

Henderson was considered the number one high school prospect two years ago and is finally starting to put things together for the Canes.
