Disney Tourist Startled By Alleged Bathroom Peeper

ORLANDO (CBSMiami) - You take a trip to Disney World to have new experiences, but for one tourist the experience in a Disney bathroom was something not on the park's advertised attractions.

The Pennsylvania woman was in a bathroom with one of her daughters when she noticed a man looking over the top of a stall, and she said he tried to hide when spotted him.

When she decided to leave, she turned and saw a man later identified as 42-year-old Lloyd Miller of Lincoln Park looking at her, according to the Sheriff's Office report.

The tourist told deputies Miller told her, "It was an accident," before running out of the bathroom.

The woman's husband heard his wife yell, and he chased the man, who was later caught by Disney security and turned over to the Orange County Sheriff's Office.

They found Miller should not have been in the Magic Kingdom because of a previous ban imposed by Disney. He was charged with voyeurism, loitering or prowling and trespass after warning.

Miller has a decree in Criminal Justice, but has a long police record including urinating or defecating in public, possessing drug paraphernalia, soliciting a prostitute, petty theft and trespass.
