Vets Day Freebies To Honor Military Service

As a salute to those who have served our country, or are still serving as active military, on Friday, many restaurants, retailers, and other businesses are offering freebies on Veterans Day.

In most cases, a military ID will be needed to prove service. It's a good idea to call ahead to make sure a franchised business is taking part in the offer. Some offers have conditions, which are included here where available. You can check the company's website for full details.

These offers are targeted to South Florida. There are others available online that can be used elsewhere in the country, if you'll be traveling on Veteran's day, which were not included here because the businesses have no South Florida locations.
