Police: Fired Pizza Worker Retaliates By Robbing Co-Worker

MIAMI – (CBSMiami.com) – A former worker fuming after being fired from her job at a pizza parlor for allegedly stealing customers' credit card numbers later ordered a pizza and robbed her former co-worker.

Elizabeth Lingerfelt, 25, of Miami, worked at Munchy's Pizza and North Miami Beach police say the woman also had an appetite for customers' credit card numbers and police say illegally took those numbers from the time she worked there betweeen August to September of 2011.

Nearly a month after being fired from her job, Lingerfelt called up Munchy's Pizza at 850 Northeast 205th Street  from a payphone and ordered a pie.

When the delivery man arrived at her door on the 1800 block of Northeast 174th Street on the night of October 30, 2011, the delivery man was confronted by Lingerfelt who was armed with "a black semi automatic pistol," according to the police report.

The delivery man immediately recognized Lingerfelt as his former co-worker and gave police her name as the person who robbed him.

Police have charged Lingerfelt with armed robbery with a firearm and possession of personal information for personal use.

Lingerfelt was ordered held no bond.
