Coral Springs Boil Water Order Lifted

CORAL SPRINGS (CBSMiami) – A precautionary boil water order has been lifted for Coral Springs residents.

The order was issued Friday, October 21st due to an FP&L power outage which caused emergency generators to become activated. A transfer switch, however, failed which caused the pressure in the water system to drop below acceptable levels.

Monday morning, the order was rescinded and residents are being told it is no longer necessary to boil water for consumption.
