Broward School Board To Approve New Superintendent Contract
FORT LAUDERDALE (CBS4) - The Broward School Board will meet Tuesday afternoon to vote on a contract for the new Superintendent.
Robert Runcie, who is leaving the Chicago, Illinois school system, is being offered a three year deal with a starting salary of $268,000.
In addition, Runcie will be given a $900 a month car allowance and a $500 dollar a month business expense allowance.
Runcie is replacing Jim Notter who left the end of last school year.
