Allegiant Air Adds Ft. Lauderdale-Lexington Route

FORT LAUDERDALE (CBS4) – If you have family in Lexington, Kentucky, listen up.
Allegiant Air, which carries people from smaller cities to resort destinations, said Thursday it will add nonstop flights between Lexington and Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport.
The twice-weekly flights will start Nov. 17 with one-way fares as low as $77, the company said, adding that seats at the touted price are limited.
The airline is part of Allegiant Travel Company.
It’s shares fell 23 cents to close at $46.64.
