NORTH MIAMI BEACH (CBS4) – North Miami Beach police are investigating an early evening shooting which left one person dead, a second in critical condition.

According to police, it happened on Saturday around 8 p.m. in the 1600 block of NE 18th Place.

Witnesses told police an older red Chevrolet Impala with a woman behind the wheel pulled up and the two males inside the car started arguing with the two victims, believed to be in their late teens or early 20s. As the argument grew heated, witnesses told police, shots were fired from inside the vehicle as the vehicle sped off.

Police have confirmed that they do have a person of interest at this time, but they are still looking for the Impala and its passengers.

A couple blocks from Sunny Isles Beach; my old neighbourhood. A gorgeous, safe, clean beach community.
So tell me, WHERE can we live, where this TRASH, doesn’t come by and destroy the property values worse than they already are? Do we have to move to friggin’ Vero Beach, where the average age is 75?
