Fla. Woman Carjacked At Gunpoint While Delivering Newspapers

PINELLAS PARK (CBS4)-  A Tampa woman was carjacked and her car and possessions were stolen while was making newspaper deliveries early Saturday morning, according to police.

Pinellas Park Police said two suspects approached Susan Olsen, 37, a vendor for the St. Petersburg Times, while she was placing newspapers in a box.

Police said the armed suspects pulled up in a silver Kia Spectra and demanded her car and personal items.

The suspects then fled in Olsen's silver 1998 Isuzu Rodeo, police said.

Olsen was able to flag down another citizen for a ride and a short distance away she found an officer and reported the crime, police said, and the Spectra was found near the scene.

Upon investigation, the officer determined the car was taken during another armed carjacking in St. Petersburg on Wednesday.

The suspects are described as two black males, approximately 5-feet-8 inches tall.
