Fins After Ahmad Bradshaw; Possibly Ronnie Brown

MIAMI (CBSMiami.com) – The Miami Dolphins may be targeting their quarterback in Kyle Orton, but they're not forgetting about the other key position needing to be addressed in free agency, running back.

According to a series of tweets from CBS4 news partner the Miami Herald's Jeff Darlington, running back Ahmad Bradshaw has the Giants and Dolphins are at the top of his list.

"We're just laying out the options," Bradshaw told Darlington. "The Dolphins have a great organization, and I wouldn't mind being part of it."

Still, the Dolphins will have a fall-back position if they can't acquire Bradshaw. ESPN's John Clayton tweeted a few minutes after 3:30 p.m. that the Dolphins have "renewed talks with Ronnie Brown."

Brown hit free agency, along with Ricky Williams, on Monday. Brown has been open to returning to the Dolphins and could team with Daniel Thomas to give the team a 1-2 combo to throw at opposing teams.

But, Brown has other suitors and while the Dolphins may be keeping him on the back-burner, he can always agree to terms with another team in the interim.

Needless to say, Dolphins general manager Jeff Ireland is racking up some serious time on the phone.
