Dolphins Staff To Be Paid Lost Wages

MIAMI (CBSMiami.com) – During the height of the NFL lockout, the Miami Dolphins decided to cut the pay of staffers who had nothing to do with the work stoppage. But, with a new deal done, the Dolphins have something different to say.

The Miami Dolphins told their staff members that all salaries will be restored to where they were before the lockout.

In addition, the Dolphins told staffers that in the employees' next paycheck will be all lost wages due to the lockout.

"On behalf of Steve Ross and our senior leadership team, THANK YOU for your attitude, your support and your exemplary contributions during a time where individuals who were less committed may have waivered," Dolphins CEO Mike Dee wrote in the letter.

The New York Jets made a similar move earlier Monday.
