Palm Beach Man Shot, Killed Teen Intruder

GREENACRES – A Palm Beach County man reportedly shot a knife wielding intruder who broke into his residence early Sunday morning.

James Fritz, 19, entered the home about 4:15 a.m. Sunday, according to Greenacres Police Capt. Gina Abbananto, by breaking a window in the kitchen door. He then reportedly grabbed two large kitchen knives.

The noise of the breaking glass woke the homeowner. Investigators said when he encountered Fritz, the teen made a move toward him with the knives so the homeowner shot him.

Fritz was killed. Police have not said if the homeowner will face any charges.

Ain’t going to happen, ever hear of the Castle Law, a mans home is his Castle and he can protect it if anyone enters it without his consent, armed or not, when you fire a weapon you shoot to kill,
