Boca Man Killed In Motorcycle Crash On I-95

FT. LAUDERDALE (CBS4) – An early morning accident on I-95 has claimed the life a Boca Raton man who was riding a motorcycle.

The Florida Highway Patrol said around 4:30 a.m. 25-year old Jeffrey Fishman, on his 2006 Suzuki, was heading north on the highway when he ran into the back of a Mercedes just south of Sunrise Boulevard.

Fishman, who was thrown from the bike, was rushed to Broward General Medical Center where he was pronounced dead.

FHP spokesman Sgt. Mark Wysocky said the driver of the Mercedes, identified as 23-year old Antoine Williams of Lauderhill, and his female passenger, 28-year old Alicia Ramsay, took off on foot after the crash. After the FHP contacted the owner of the car, Williams returned to the scene of the accident. He was charged with driving without a valid driver’s license, driving on a suspended ID card and leaving the scene of an accident.

Wysocky said the cause of the crash remains under investigation.

Why was Moron Williams and his passenger driving around at 430am? I’m sure they were just going to CVS to get diapers or formula right? Returning home from an early church choir practice? Congratulation dummies. You didn’t cause the accident but never shouldve been on the road.

I hope they revoke your license for 10 years.

Got a speed on this impact? It sounds like a dum-dum festival all around says the man who drives at 4:30 am frequently and not by choice might I add. I only like to drive between 6:15p and 4:00a if I can help it.

really? how do you run into the back of a car? It sounds to me as if the bike came up behind the car and probably tried to pass the car…while the car possibly tried to move over to another lane for the bike who was coming up from behind. they both could have veered into the same lane with no blinkers to let the other know what was about to happen. Thats the only Theory i have on this. why else would a guy on a bike CRASH into a car infront on the highyway. It makes no sense. This man who died was loved by many. I didnt know him..but a good friend of mine was friends with him and he is very saddened by this. PLEASE BE CAREFUL THESE BIKES ARE NOT TOYS!!! These are serious machines and need to be used as such. Please be safe driving everyone!

I am not a motorcycle rider-but I am a friend of the man that was killed in this accident. “I’d encourage more motorcyclists to speed so they will have the same fate as this rider” … well, I encourage you to go throw your miserable waste of life into oncoming traffic. JJ (nor anyone else on a motorcycle im sure) did nothing to you to be disrespected this way. You should be proud of yourself talking about the deceased this way .
    RIP JJ
