MIAMI- (CBSMiami.com) - A Miami-Dade man who boarded a public bus is accused of lewd and lascivious behavior after masturbating on the bus then slapping the driver who turned him into police, according to an Opa-Locka police report.

Police say Marshall Sucedrick, 47, boarded the bus in the early morning hours Monday at Northwest 79^th Street and 39^th Avenue. The bus driver said she noticed Sucedrick changed seats from the back of the bus to the front near the driver. 

The female bus driver then noticed that he “unzipped his pants and pulled out his penis and began masturbating,” the police report states. 

It also states that the bus driver was afraid to say anything because the bus was empty. 

When she pulled the bus into the Tri-Rail station at 480 Ali Baba Avenue in Opa-Locka, she demanded that Sucedrick leave the bus. 

That’s when Sucedrick allegedly replied loudly, “You scared?” and then slapped the driver across the face with an open hand, the police report states. 

She called police and Sucedrick was subsequently arrested. Sucedrick wore a T-shirt that read http://www.thug.com with the words ‘Trick Daddy’ underneath when he appeared before a  bond court judge Tuesday. The judge ordered him sent to a hospital for a mental evaluation and set an alternate bond of $5,500.
