Memorial Friday For Kids Found In Delray Canal

WEST PALM BEACH (CBS4) – A wake and funeral services are scheduled Friday for the two children found in a Delray Beach canal and their mother whose body was found last August but wasn't identified until last week.

The family of Felicia Brown will hold a memorial service Friday night for Brown and her two children, 10-year-old Jermaine McNeil, 6-year-old Ju'tyra Allen, at St. John's Baptist Church located at 900 N. Seacrest Blvd. in Boynton Beach.

Police found the children dead last week, stuffed in luggage and dumped in a Delray Beach canal. Their mother is dead, too, finally identified after her body was found in a landfill in August.

The private service begins at 6 p.m. followed by a public service at 7 p.m. They'll all be buried Saturday at 2:00 p.m.

Clem Beauchamp, Brown's ex-boyfriend, has not been charged in the deaths although authorities say he is the sole suspect in all three killings.

Beauchamp is being held on firearms charges unrelated to the deaths. He appeared in court Wednesday, where a judge refused to grant him bond or to appoint him a public defender.
