CBS4 Faithful Viewer's Dream Date With Jawan Strader

MIAMI (CBS4) -- Neighbors for Neighbors recently held a celebrity auction at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino to help raise money for families in need. The event included an auction and one of the prizes was a date with CBS4 Morning Show Anchor Jawan Strader.

The winning bidder was CBS4 faithful morning show viewer, Helen Diaz. Her winning bid of $300 got her a dream date with Strader which included a dinner at Martorano's Italian restaurant at the Hard Rock.

That date became a reality on Friday, Feb. 25th. Strader met faithful viewer Diaz at the Hard Rock for their date and she embraced him with a big hug.

The two shared stories and enjoyed an evening of good food and friendship. The night ended with a toast by Strader thanking Helen for being a class act and a good woman for giving to Neighbors for Neighbors.
