MIAMI (CBS4) — Silver Bluff Elementary School was crawling with hazmat fire-rescue personnel Sunday afternoon following a report of a gas leak.
The school, located at 2447 SW 26th Street, was being checked for the cause of the leak, which may have come from the cafeteria said a Miami Fire-Rescue Lt. Ignatius Carroll.
People living nearby were temporarily told to stay in their homes, but have now been released as no immediate danger has been found.
