Bus Driver Accused Of Assaulting Girl

MIAMI (CBS4) - A school bus driver is under arrest after police say he confessed to kissing a 10 year old girl on his route.

Luis Paez, 68, is charged with one charge of lewd and lascivious conduct on a minor.

Police say Paez was transporting the victim home on the bus last week when he told her that, if she were in her native country of Peru, she would already be engaging in sexual activity.

Paez then allegedly walked the victim to her apartment and kissed her while the two were in the elevator, forcing his tongue into her mouth.

When questioned by police Paez reportedly confessed.
